30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Simply ML licenses. If you are not satisfied with the Application for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

Your name
The email address used at purchase
Your order/license number
A brief description of the issue (optional, but helpful)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Each license is eligible for one refund. Repeat purchases of the same license type are not eligible for additional refunds.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

After a Refund

Upon processing your refund, your license key will be deactivated and access to Simply ML will be revoked. You are required to uninstall any licensed copies of the Application.
