By downloading, installing, or using Simply ML ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

1. License

Simply ML LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal or commercial data analysis purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or resell the Application or any portion of it.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Simply ML only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Application to process data that violates any applicable law or the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the data you load into the Application and any outputs you generate.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Simply ML are the exclusive property of Simply ML LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Simply ML LLC does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Machine learning results are statistical in nature and should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply ML LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Updates and Changes

Simply ML LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
